Question: What is the most dangerous insect?

I want to start by saying that insects are a very lovely group of creatures that are quite misunderstood and are very unlikely to hurt you unless you bug (hehe couldn’t resist the pun) them! If I had to answer I would say mosquitoes since they carry a parasite that causes a nasty disease called malaria which infects and kills many humans. But the mosquito itself is just a carrier and doesn’t know what it’s doing so I am not sure if that counts!
