I live by myself in Manchester. Im an evolutionary biologist and microbiologist, and enjoy hiking, running, and wildlife photography!
I’m a Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham working on the recycling of Li-ion batteries. I love arts and craft, reading fiction, and pasta!
I live with my partner in Hove. I am a neuroscientist, working in the University of Sussex. When I am outside the lab, I like to read science fiction and fantasy books, hiking, going the gym and latin dancing.
Iβm a PhD student studying chicken health and nutrition. I live with my husband and two children aged 11 and 13 in Nottingham. I love archery and practise with my two boys at the weekend. My other love is ducks and we keep 5 in our back garden.
I’m originally from Surrey but I moved to Edinburgh to do a PhD. I study evolutionary biology and I am particularly interested in animal behaviour. Outside of the lab, you can find me searching for bugs π, attempting to do yoga π§π»ββοΈ, and bakingπ§!
I am from Barcelona, and I have been living in London for 10 years. I have also lived in Bristol and Dublin. I enjoy cooking (it’s a bit like working in a lab) and trying new foods. I unwind watching football – BarΓ§a supporter, here! – doing Pilates and reading fiction.
I’m a zoologist, which means I study animals, and I live in Bristol. I’m married to a wildlife artist, and together we have a one-year-old daughter and a Jack Russell Terrier called Jack (original, I know). I love being outdoors π³, going on adventures β° and practicing yoga.
I am a mom of 2 girls π(4 and 9 years old). I’m from The Bahamas ποΈand love to swim with sharks Β π¦ and turtles π’! I teach about Aquaculture which is about growing fish π and shrimps π¦.
I’m Alice and I’m a biologist working in London. In my free time, I enjoy travelling, walking and spending time at the beach. When the weather isn’t so good, I can usually be found cooking or reading.
I live with my husband in Dundee π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ. He is from Austria π¦πΉ and I’m from Spain πͺπΈ, we met in Germany π©πͺ while we were doing our PhD! I’m a researcher very much interested in regeneartion, and a runner! I’m also a morning bird: I get up very early to go for a run before going to the lab and then collapse at night…
I’m a postdoctoral scientist based in London. I am Indian and I moved to the UK in 2018. I am a big foodie and love exploring different restaurants in London. I also enjoy going to the cinema and horror movies are my favourite.
I live in Lancaster with my husband and 3 kids. I’m a lecturer in mechanical engineering, so I teach students π©βπ but I also do exciting research…like make homes for bumblebees πβ, help amputees drive lorries π and look at how nature can inspire design! I love cycling, especially up big hills β°οΈπ΄ββοΈβ…but engineering is my super power π¦Έβ!
I reside in Nottingham, a quaint village called Sutton Bonington. I am a microbiology researcher, but that’s only one aspect of me. I am also a cat lover, gamer, fitness enthusiast, tea head (not breakfast tea), and food lover!
